Well I guess its time for me to try something different which means selling the subaru. I am the original owner. I bought this car in Oct. of 2003 off the show room floor with 3 miles on it. It was just a street car that I drove around on the weekends, and would do track events and autoX events when I had the time up until 2009 when it was caged. I have since used it to hillclimb, autox, and do track events. The car has only seen snow a few times in the first couple years I have owned it, but I had a work vehicle so it wasnt driven much. The car has been well maintained and a lot of the usual wear items have been replaced recently so there isnt much to do to it other than drive it. The only thing that I know of right now is the rear swaybar end links need to be replaced as they make some noise.

Here is a link to photos of the car and some of the cage build http://photos.readynas.com/wheelock/njwheelock/a%3d27

Whats it got:
Shell:
Kales Custom Rollcage
1.75 tubing 120 wall Cage was originally put in to be able to do Pikes Peak
Custom front sub frame, and bumper beam.
Defi Guages:
EGT, Boost, Oil Pressure, Coolant Temp
2 - Sparco Evo 2 seats drivers seat is on reinforced sliders.
2 - G Force 5 point FIA harnesses only 2 years old.
Feal Coilovers Brand new (less than 600 street miles)
OEM BBS wheels with Dunlop StarSpecs
Set of Gold Rota wheels 17x8 with Toyo 888s 80% tread Stored in a heated dry basement
Brembo brake calipers have new seals and boots.
Pads and Rotors are in decent shape. Probably 50% left on the pads. Rotors have minimal wear.
Most of the bushings have been replaced recently.
Wheel bearings only have a few hillclimbs on them
Whiteline 22mm front sway bar
perrin 24mm rear swaybar
ACT 6 Puck Sprung clutch
Rear end has a limited slip from a 2008 STI

Engine: Just built Less than 100 street miles on it
All oil and coolant lines have been re done.
Built EJ257 Block
Cosworth 100mm Pistons
Eagle Rods
OEM Crank
Everything was balanced
Fresh valve Job
OEM Cams
New bearings
Killer B oil pickup
Hi volume oil pump
I am sure I am missing something
ATP 3071 Turbo
Kales Custom Intercooler setup
Deatcherks 850cc injectors
Walbro 255 Fuel Pump
Tial 44mm Waste

New Water pump, timing belt, and pullies
Kevlar Timing Belt
Custom 3inch exhaust with Borla XR-1 Muffler
Cobb Access Port Gen 2
Dyno numbers are from a Mustang Dyno 375WHP and 376TQ
There is an aggressive throttle map on the Car so the car is a lot more responsive Excellent for racing, a little trickier on the street, but very easy to deal with. It runs as if it was stock until you step on it.
78K Miles
$18k OBRO
I do have the VF48 turbo with restrictor that I used for Mount Washington. For additional costs you can have this as well, or if you want to pay to have the turbos swapped, and pay for another tune, then you are more than welcome to have the car with that setup. The Mount Washington Setup on VP MS109 fuel made 336WHP and 390TQ.

Say it isn't so! That car has FTD potential. :( Without you we're down to only 41 blue Subarus. ;) Please tell me you're building another hillclimb car.

So Nick are you planning another car or just taking some time off from racing?

Definitely planning on another car. Just haven't quite narrowed it down to what it's going to be.

Well if you want to enter something in the Agricultural class we were talking about in another thread you have my vote to add the class.

As I am an expert at spending other peoples money - for the asking price on the Soobie, you can outfit yourself with a decent older Troyer, change it over for hillclimb, and pick up a nice fixer-upper hauler, too.

And one of the best parts - is the cost of parts!

That's a good deal. Kelly just said we should buy it to have one on the shelf. Not that I have a shelf big enough to store a modified.
Not even sure you would need the 4 speed. Three gears should be plenty. :D

Technically, that is Mike Wilson’s number. Kevin bought a car with a 25 on it and they switched numbers years ago.

Yeah Mike was really nice and swapped numbers with me. It was way easier than getting new graphics for the car.
