Excellence in Wheeling Award

    The present holders of the awards shall get together over a pint of ale or whatever, and decide who in their best efforts gave a stunning performance either during the past year or in the recent past years. The current holders shall have the base engraved with the date, the place and the time recorded. Both Wheeling Awards were built by Bill Rutan.
